How fast can you start on an emergency? +
For Care plan clients: within hours. For new clients: typically within 24 hours after I receive admin/FTP access. Critical "site is down" cases jump the queue automatically.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Yes — happily. I work daily with stores handling sensitive customer and payment data. NDA, DPA (GDPR), and IP-assignment agreements are standard.
What languages do you work in? +
English is my working language. I also handle communication in Spanish, French, German and Polish. Code, comments and docs are always English for portability.
Can you take over a project from another developer? +
Yes — about 40% of my clients come this way. I start with a paid 2–4h code audit and give you an honest assessment before committing to anything bigger.
How do you bill? Are you VAT-registered? +
EU VAT-registered. I invoice in EUR. Bank transfer (SEPA) and Wise are preferred; cards via Stripe available for amounts under €2,000. Reverse-charge VAT for B2B EU clients.
What happens if a fix breaks something else? +
30-day warranty on every paid fix. If a regression caused by my work appears, I fix it free. I also work staging-first to catch issues before production.
